Ups and Downs of The Past Week.

Nov 30 - happily decorating the house with reds, golds and greens. listening to christmas music (david foster and harry connick jr.) while writing christmas cards to family and friends abroad.

Dec 1 - Uuhhh...bbrrr.... felt the first chill of the winter (faux lang naman) season.

Dec 2 - Bea woke up with tummy ache which wouldn't go away by lunch and eventually developed into a slight fever. she had no choice but to stay home. Grandma says it's the body's reaction to the change in the weather. She got better by late afternoon.

Dec 3 - It's back to school again for the two tots. Things going back to normal again.

Dec 4 - Got a note from Bea's teacher. Uh-oh.... she complained about Bea who didn't heed her warnings and continued chatting with her classmate while lessons were going on. This was the 2nd time - the 1st time had been when she finished her work early and started talking to her classmate who wasn't. Warnings were issued by daddy and a TV time was curtailed.

Dec 5 - Rance cut his lip with his teeth while playing during recess. He didn't cry, just braved it out. If not for the sight of blood on his shirt, his teacher wouldn't have noticed anything wrong. The wound was quite deep but the bleeding did stop. It was dry by night time.

Dec 6 - Looked forward to a long weekend. There'll be no classes on Monday. Busied myself with lessons and preparation of the children's bundles of joys to be shared with the less fortunate in the spirit of Christmas.
